Approach
A fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement that establishes what an acquirer would find in your business, what is already worth money, and what to fix in what order. It stands alone. Plenty of owners take the findings and act on them without us.
What you get
01
Written findings
What we found across operations, data, AI opportunity, and owner dependency. Specific, with the evidence attached, in language you can hand to your leadership team.
02
Owner-dependency assessment
The specific decisions, relationships, and knowledge that route only through you, and what each one would take to move.
03
Data integrity check
Where your field data and your financials disagree, how badly, and what it would take to reconcile them.
04
A priced plan, ordered
Every recommendation with an expected effect, an effort estimate, and a price. Sequenced by what pays first rather than by what we would enjoy building.
05
What we would not do
The things you are considering, or being sold, that we think are a waste of your money. Usually the most valuable page.
What we need from you
This is the part that stops some engagements before they start, and that is fine. A diagnostic run on a conversation instead of your actual data is a horoscope. Everything below is covered by a mutual NDA, accessed on a least-privilege basis, and revoked when the engagement ends.
Fee
The diagnostic is a paid engagement, priced as a fixed fee after a 30-minute scoping call. It does not vary with what we find and there is no hourly meter running.
We charge for it deliberately. A free assessment is a sales call wearing a lab coat, and it produces the depth you would expect from something nobody paid for.
If we conclude during the diagnostic that there is no worthwhile work here, we finish the deliverable anyway and say so. You are buying the answer, not our continued involvement.
What it is not
Not a valuation
We will not put a number on your business. That is work for a licensed adviser.
Not a brokered process
We do not represent you in a transaction or introduce buyers for a fee.
Not a software pitch
We take no vendor commissions. If your current platform is fine, the report will say so.
Send us the shop: trades, trucks, markets, and what software you run. We will come back with a scoping call and a fixed fee.
