We run the private equity playbook on your business before they do.

AI operations, data, and systems for multi-truck home service companies. Build the value while you still own all of it, whether you sell in three years or never.

The job

Nobody pays a premium for a company that only works when you are in it.

Private equity is buying home service companies at multiples that did not exist five years ago. That is not a threat, it is a market. The only question is whether you walk into it with clean numbers and a business that runs without you, or whether you let someone else be the first to tell you what it is worth.

Everything an acquirer would fix in the first eighteen months after closing — reporting, dispatch, data integrity, owner dependency — is worth more to you before the deal than after. We do that work with you, on your side of the table, and the upside stays where you earned it.

Who it’s for

Operators who already understand economies of scale.

Owners and operators

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, garage door. Shops well past the one-truck scramble, in one strong market or several. You know your average ticket and your booking rate. What you do not have is a straight answer on where AI and better systems actually move money, in language that works on the shop floor.

Tradeoffs, not demos. Then we build it.

Not selling? The work is the same. A company transferable enough to sell is a company you can step back from and keep.

Capital and the deal room

Bankers, M&A advisors, and PE firms building home service platforms know the difference between a shop with clean field data and one running on tribal-knowledge dispatch and EBITDA that comes apart in diligence. We turn the second kind into the first kind.

Our loyalty runs to the owner who retains us. The deal side tends to be fine with that, because a prepared seller is a faster close and a cleaner integration.

What we do

Four lines of work. Each one has to move a number you can point at.

What it moves

The four things a buyer checks before they price you.

  • EBITDA quality

Revenue is for bragging. Buyers price profit that survives scrutiny.

  • Owner dependency

Whether the shop still runs when you are gone for three weeks.

  • Data integrity

Whether the software, the crews, and the books agree with each other.

  • Transferability

Documented process a buyer, or your next GM, can inherit on day one.

How it works

Diagnostic first. Then the build.

  1. Step 1

    Transfer Readiness Diagnostic

Fixed scope, fixed fee. Ops, data, AI, and owner-dependency map. What an acquirer would flag first, what is already worth money, and a priced plan. No theater.

  2. Step 2

    Fractional AI operations

Ongoing strategy and implementation against that plan, scoped with deliverables and dates. An engagement, not an AI guy loitering on your org chart.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer-ready

Documentation, metrics, and an operating cadence someone else can inherit. Then you decide what to do with a business that no longer needs you in the middle of it.

The market

We work where operators and capital end up in the same room.

Home service is consolidating trade by trade and market by market. Platforms backed by institutional capital are buying, and the owners getting the best terms are the ones who did the operational work before anyone made an offer.

We spend our time in that market, alongside the contractors scaling into it and the bankers and acquirers circling it. That is how we know what buyers are pricing this quarter instead of what a playbook said two years ago.

Where this is different

Rankings are not an asset.

A marketing retainer buys you leads this month. It does not clean up your job costing, get your reporting to the fourth, or reduce what an acquirer discounts for owner dependency. When someone finally puts a number on your business, nothing on that invoice shows up in it.

We came out of that world, so we are direct about what it does and does not do. Need leads? Hire a good marketing shop. Need a company that is worth more and needs you less? That is this.

Find out what a buyer would find.

Tell us the shop: trades, trucks, markets, and whether you are scaling, selling, or undecided. If we are not the right fit, you will hear it on the first call.
